Each pen is individually inspected for quality checks before it is released to the distributor/customer. Kindly ensure you follow these simple guidelines to enable you to get the best out of your constellations88 writing instrument.


Gold Plating

Your constellations88 pen has brass fittings with gold PVD polish using state of the art technique. All our PVD plated pens come with a special warranty on all the gold plated parts of the writing instrument for  THREE YEARS from the date of purchase.

 

Hand Painting
All hand painted pens require additional care and it is advisable to protect them from severe impact, collision with any sharp edges, rough usage and extreme temperatures. A regular cleaning with soft dry cloth will ensure longer life of the writing instrument. Avoid use of any caustic liquids, solvents, commercial cleaners, detergents, adhesives and the likes.

Warranty and Care

Terms and Conditions of warranty


We provide a lifetime warranty on your Constellations88 writing instrument against any manufacturing defect. We specifically warranty the plating on the brass fittings for a period of three years from the date of original purchase from an authorised distributor. The warranty will be valid only if the warranty certificate entails the date of purchase and stamp of the authorised distributor at the time of the purchase. Exceptions to the warranty are listed below.

This warranty does not cover the following:
·Normal wear and tear
·Damage due to mishandling, rough usage, sudden impact, misuse or any other physical damage.
·Painting and Plating damage due to exposure to commercial cleaners, detergents, solvents, sprays, adhesives etc.
·Any consequential damage or loss arising on account of the aforesaid.
